Computer monitors, printers and photocopiers are connected onto the day circuit, with computer base stations, fax machines and other vital equipment being connected to the Night circuit.

All lighting circuits have been fitted with the latest ambient light sensing technology, ensuring that lights are only on, when required. This technology means that the lighting circuits, will light and dim according to the actual conditions of light and not just because somebody has accidentally left them on.

Wind and Solar solutions are also being investigated to enable the site to be relatively self sufficient and to further reduce our carbon footprint. At Dunston Business Village we are committed to ensuring a viable future for ourselves as well as our children.
